Personality:
Zell has a very light hearted personality. Though some of the ninja from his village will all agree that he's slightly insane. Like Zell ever minds X3

He basically is a little troublemaker, a habbit he's kept from childhood. Any chance or oppurtunity, he loves to play a little joke or annoy the hell out of someone. That's what made the higher ups nervous about letting him teach any students. Zell has a weird personality basically. He can be happy and chipper one moment and suddenly become very serious if his students are threatened.

Zell is surprisingly strict when it comes to teaching. He'll keep the students out all night if he has too and its even worse if one decides to disrespect him. They will end up tied upsidedown to a tree for the night. That or being his lacky at the academy for a week. Don't be surprised if he throws a kunai at you when you fall asleep in his class.
If one can get past his hyper and rather jokester like personality, he really isn't such a bad guy.
