A lot of questions have been going around about the Jutsus. So here's a helpfull little page for anything you need.

What is a Jutsu?
A jutsus is a technique that all ninjas can preform. All jutsus require a certain ammount of chakra. Also, certain skills can only be preformed by certain ranks depending on difficulty and also by clan.
No Genin can waltz up and preform the Chidori or Sealing jutsus. Rank counts in jutsus!
What are Clan Jutsus?
Like most of the characters here, they all belong to a clan. Take my character Akina for example. She and her brother Chain both belong to the Kosetsu clan while my Zell belongs to Vouse.
Some, but not all clans have jutsus and techniques specifically created by them and that only they can preform. Sometimes a clan member might be kind enough to teach an outsider their clan's jutsus.
Example: Akina has the Mozou Jutsu(Mimic Jutsu) which allows her to morph herself into an exact copy of her feline partner. Only her clan knows that jutsu.
Do Certain Villages have special Jutsus?
Yes, in fact they all have special jutsus. While genin and every rank of the shinobi know the basics such as replication, there are also a few that can be learned from a village. Take Mist for example, their special jutsu involve water such as Water Clones and mist techniques.

What Are the Basic Jutsus:[/b]
Before graduating any academy, all students must know the basic techniques. Here is a list of what everyday shinobi can preform.
- Kawarimi no Jutsu(Body Substitue)- It is used to quickly replace the body with a nearby object. This jutsu comes in handy when avoiding attacks, and confusing or hiding from enimies.
- Bunshin no Jutsu(Clone Skill)- It allows the user to create one or more illutionary clones. One attack can defeat them and the clones themselves cannot cause any damage but serve well as distractions. All students must know this to pass the genin test.
- Henge no Jutsu(Transformation skill)- An illustionary skill that allows the user to appear as another person or object.

Hidden Village Jutsus:
(Note: not all jutsus for each village are up yet)
Hidden Mist Jutsus:(These techniques must be taught to by teacher!)
- Kirigakure no Jutsu(Hidden Mist skill)- a jutsu commonly preformed by Mist shinobi. It summons a wall of thick mist to help hide the user and confuse the opponet. Often used for stealth kills.
- Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu(Water Clone skill)- another jutsu found in Mist Shinobi. Like the shadow replication, it creates clones from nearby water that are able to attack on their own. The only flaws are they have a certain radius of which they can move from the user and are 1/10 of the user's power.
