Was it really your fault?

Ok. So heres the deal. I like to write and since I won a contest last year I thought I would enter another. Except I don't know if this is good or not and if I should keep going or stop were I stopped. I really need some more optinons and since the dealine for the contest is January 27th I've got to hurry, so here it is...

I can see
and yet I'm blind
My ears are there
but no sound enters

I see your hand
reach for mine
The tears fall softly
from your face

You told me everything
and yet nothing clicked
How was I supposed to know
that you would fall so far

The cuts apon your wrists
the pills in your pocket
I never expected
you would resort to this

The room is dark
as I open the door
Your hand lays pale
in the line of light

A gasp, a moan
and I'm on my knees
The tears fall softly
from my face

My hand reaches for yours
but now your gone
A faded memory
A lost thought

The rain softly falls
combined with my own
Your body sealed away
under the ground

You left me alone
in my own sorrow and grief
But I can't help but think
was it really your fault?
