Laid back and always kind. Never likes to use a harsh word unless one is used agianst him. Howver he is very quick to anger o.O and you wouldn't want to mess with him once he's angry.

Enkou no jutsu("Flame Technique"):It makes a flame small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, a little bigger than an egg. That's just about it. You can ignite stuff with it, use it to light up an area, just about anything you could do with about 4 or 5 lit matches. It takes very little chakra to use, but you can't throw it or let go of it. It doesn't burn the user's hand.
Nenshou ken no jutsu("Burning Sword Technique"): Creates a short fire-sword around the users hand, but only for a few seconds, enough to slash quickly a few times, or burn a hole through something. It can be used on both hands, but it, obviously, takes the amount of chakra as using two of them
Mizu Kunai no Jutsu(Water Kunai Skill): User forms water into the shape of kunai/shuriken in sets of three or more to be thrown at their opponents. These water shuriken/kunai perform just like normal projectile weapons in terms of accuracy and damage capacity, but several seconds after impacting the target or enemy they revert back to normal water.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu("Water Replication Technique"): Creates one or multiple identical
copies of the user out of water. More similar to Shadow Clone than to a Normal Clone, Water Clones are capable of attacking, except each Clone's strength is only one tenth of the power of the original. Also, the clone can only be controlled within a certain radius of the user.
