Personality: She is usually serious and doesn't like to play much. The only time she looses it is when her brother is around. She tends to lose her temper easily with him.
Past: Uicho grew up with her brother at her side always because they didn't have parents unless you consider all the people who used them for their skills. Her and her brother had extreme potential as children and the people around them saw this. They were considered pawns who were used and given nothing, until they refused to continue working for them. They tried to kill The siblings but instead caused their own death. Uichi and her brother took them out with ease.
Current: People hire Uichi and Yaiba to deal with "problems" they have. If they are paid enough the type of jobs and the employers don't matter. The most popular job they receive is to steal information or assassinate a specific person.

Jutsus:
The holes in the back of her outfit allow threads of chakra come through. They are stronger than most material and cannot be cut by simple means. The threads can shoot out of her back and can attach to the surrounding area.Each threads releases blood as they pass through her skin. She mainly uses her combat skills when confronted for this reason.
Cho Asaito no Jutsu: (Butterfly thread technique)- The chakra threads shoot out of her back and attach to the surround surfaces. She can suspend herself and glide across the area making her be able to move quicker. She can release the threads at any time.
Combo:
Aoi Tsubasa no jutsu:(blue wings) An illusionary technique making it seem that she has blue wings. If she tries to escape the wings surround her and hide her while still moving around and she runs while the opponent thinks she is inside the wings. Also can act as a diversion.

Personality: Yaiba has two personalities. Normally he is happy and bouncy to the point that he annoys his sister. You would never know what he really was if you met him normally. When he fights he turns into a machine almost. He is cold, merciless and not who you met a few seconds ago. Afterwords he acts happy once more like nothing happened.

Jutsus:
The holes on the belts attached to his clothes release strong currents of Chakra making Blades. The blades are blue in color and almost look like fire. It increases his combat skills immensely but when used the blades go through his skin causing bleeding. Through years of practice he can withstand it however.
Combo:
Kairai Souran no Jutsu: He cuts the opponent with the blades in different spots for different body parts (ex his right elbow cuts your left leg) When he cuts you in each corresponding spot he activates the jutsu making chakra threads attach to the opponent. He then releases the blades and the control begins. He can control the opponent but when he moves his left arm wherever the thread got attached moves. He can easily remember where he hit you so gains complete control of your body. The opponent tries to move but only moves Yaiba in different directions.
I know the shadings different, I did stuff to it in psp so the others would look darker but when i made this one darker it didn't come out as nice so i left it lighter than it should be XD.
Colored pictures may come later. I've been messing with psp too much and its starting to hate me. >_>;
