Taizeamiz yawned softly, politely patting her mouth as she did so. Or, so she heard to be polite. She wasn't the best mannered female around. Nor the easiest to get along with. Taizer was nice enough; she'd not be rude outright.. though she may mutter beneath her breath when she thinks you're out of earshot. You never really did know where you were with Taizer. Those she did like, would either find more Ramen than they'd ordered, and those she'd didn't would obviously find less.
The pettily built femme was currently writing; cursive script being laid down in the pages of her faithful diary. She often spent her spare time writing.. about all manner of things. Her feelings towards certain individuals, her plans for that evening. Anything and everything. It had become almost an addiction. Should she lose her diary all hell would break loose.
Perhaps it's time for me to open up a little? What do you think? .. Do people find me hard to talk to? She was quite the odd one. Asking the pages of a book questions? A twenty year old woman confiding in a diary.. unable to talk about her feelings with other people.
Her gaze slowly lifted from the pages of her book to skim across the counter top. The shop had been open no longer than two days and, so far.. things didn't seem to be going overly well for, Taizer. She'd had a few customers, but they'd taken the food away and having not heard back from them, she knew not if her food was good or bad.
She rapped her knuckles upon the polished wood almost irritably. Perhaps the idea to begin a Ramen shop hadn't been a good one.
I think I've made a mistake... business doesn't seem to be going overly well..
Dark blue hair was pulled back and pinned with oddly fashioned hair pins that looked as though they may have belonged to a small child, like pudgy little white angel wings; chibi? was that the word? She'd have known if you'd have asked her about them. Eyeliner streaked beneath a pair of eyes that matched her hair in colour perfectly; hopefully making her look a little more awake that she actually felt. This business was.. so far, quite a bore.
She'd likely tackle the next customer who happened to enter. That or give them free Ramen. It wasn't in her character, but perhaps it would persuade them to return? Who knew.

Tesou sighed, which he seemed to be doing a lot of lately. He wandered down the streets, face at its normal expressionless appearance. Inside, however, he was grimacing. He must have been an idiot, or someone with a death wish.... He didn't know what could have convinced him becoming a sensei was a good idea, and yet he had done so anyways. The kid still hadn't come running back, yelling about finding more genin, so he decided he still had at least another day of freedom. He had just finished another of his twice-daily exercise routines at the lake, and it was now midday.
As he walked along, he noticed something different. Glancing up, he saw a ramen shop that hadn't been there before.... As he recalled, it had been some bookstore or something before.... He decided he hadn't noticed it yet since he hadn't taken this particular route in at least 4 or 5 days. He'd had reason to check in with those in charge at the school for those days, having to get everything cleared about becoming a genin sensei.
He realized, staring at this new shop, two things. One, he had been standing there, staring at the shop, for over 5 minutes now. Two, his stomach was growling. After a moment more, he decided that since he was hungry, the shop was there, and there was no point in starving himself, that he might as well stop to eat something.
He walked into the shop, glancing around, and saw the storekeeper. A young woman, who was apparently too busy writing something in a book to notice him at first. "Uhm, excuse me." His voice was as expressionless as his face. He walked towards the counter, and took a seat. Glancing around for a moment, he finally added, "Do you have just plain ramen?"

Taizer blinked dumbly, lifting her gaze and almost staggering back from the counter to see a customer. When had he entered? "Sorry, Sir." She apologized, closing her diary and setting it off to the side. Mouse's ears perked and followed his mistress' actions. Sliding down from his perch atop her shoulder, he scurried quickly over to Taizer's private book and curled up atop it; bushy tail wrapping his tiny paws. A light smile touched the femme's lips. She liked to think he was protecting the diary but she knew better. He knew it was a place she'd look to every few moments to check if it was safe; he'd be in her line of site when such moments arouse and would likely merit a scratch behind the ears.
"Plain Ramen? Of course." She nodded, trying her hardest to sound cheerful. Her cold demeanor would scare away custom thus she'd try wearing a facade. A smile rouse to her lips once more and remained as she gave a light bob of her head to, Tesou. "And because you are my first customer of the day, sir. It shall be free." She nodded once more before hurrying out the back returning a little later with a steaming bowl of ramen. "I hope it's to your liking, sir." She really needed it to be, she needed to repay the loan she'd taken from her parents to open this place. They expected her to fail and she'd rather hang herself than let that happen.
"My name is, Taizeamiz. I hope you'll spread the word of this new shop of mine." Slowly she slid the bowl across the counter surface and to the male, a pair of paper sealed chopsticks accompanying said bowl.

A light sigh and a swirl of her feet ment that Ayumi was in another of her good moods. Ayumi's long thick light brown hair flowed softly in the light breeze and with quick soft foot falls she explored the village and the shops.
She was one of those types that loved to be happy and loved exploring. But today she was hungry and glanced from stall to stall trying to decide on what to buy or eat. Being one of the top graduates in her class Ayumi's confidence had grown leting her expresse her true personality she had been hidding for all those years.
Another light sigh left her lips as she finally glanced apon a quaint looking shop. "Hmm...Ramen? Just what I need..." She told herselve happily and with fluid movments she was through the door and at the counters edge with in moments.
"Hello there." She said happily, her voice carring her confidence and grace wtih each word. "You wouldn't happen to have any mild spiced Ramen?" She leaned apon the counter, her head resting in one hand that was propped up by her arm, her elbow resting on the counter. A light soft smile found it's way on her face and she turned to look around the shop.
A man relaxing in a chair eating away at his Ramen and from the smell it was plain with no spices. Moving away slowly from the counter she approched the man and stood a little way from his shoulder. "Hello." She said, noticing his interesting markings on his face. "How's life?"

Tesou watched her, inwardly raising an eyebrow. Fake cheeriness... it almost seemed odd that people acted as such, but he guessed it could come in useful sometimes.... He accepted the bowl when it was given to him, making no comment on how she said it was free. He started eating the ramen, making no comment on how it tasted while he ate.
He glanced up when someone sat next to him, and almost flinched. She had walked right over to him, and was attempting a conversation, it seemed. He took another bite, and after a moment of silence, "Attempting to drive me insane, apparently." After he said it, he realized what it had sounded like, and sighed. While he was never one to like overly-cheerful people, he also wasn't one to outright be rude to people. Turning now, he looked at her. "I've somehow been talked into becoming a sensei to a bunch of genin." He left it at that, as if those simple words said everything.

A scowl touched Taizer's face as the male made no response what-so-ever to her friendly manner. She now regretted giving him free ramen. "Ungrateful jerk.." she mumbled to herself as she occupied herself with rearranging napkins and chopsticks.
Again, she could have fallen from her stool at seeing another customer, a fake smile coming to her lips before it vanished all together. She'd already tried to the Tesou, it hadn't worked before chances were, it wouldn't work this time either.
"Mildly spiced." She repeated with a nod before moving out the back to whip up the order; leaving the two to talk for a moment.
She returned a little later with a bowl identical to Tesou's, only a soft spice could be caught wafting from the kitchen. "Here." Pushing the bowl, chopsticks and a napkin across the counter top, she returned to trying to look busy; mumbling under her breath as she did so. Tesou was already in her bad books and she didn't even know him.

Ayumi nodded and gave the seller another small smile before turning back to the man beside her. He seemed to be one who didn't like people so much so she brought down her cheeriness level and calmed down a little. "Oh, that explains it. But It all depends on who you teach... I may selve have had many teachers... But none could ever teach me something with out it being something that I already knew..." Ayumi sighed lightly, glancing up as a bowl was pushed in her direction.
She looked up happily at the girl and gentally took the bowl into her hand. With chop sticks in the other she gathered up a small bunch and popped it into her mouth. She was in flavor country. It had to be one of the best tasteing Rayem she had ever eaten and a light mmmm sound left her mouth as she savored it.
"Thank you so much! This has got to be one of the best Ramen i've ever eaten!" Ayumi said happily her thoughts now concentrated both on the man, the girl and the food infront of her...

Tesou's visible eyebrow rose, and he looked over at Ayumi again. "The kid followed me home. And he has cats.... I hate cats." He shuddered slightly. "And having a dog, with the kid's cat in the house, was not a pleasant experience." He was about to take another bite of ramen when he noticed there was none left in the bowl. He stared at it for a moment, then looked up at Taizer.
"Excuse me, miss. May I please have another bowl?" He placed the empty one near her end of the counter, and nodded to her. "By the way, it's very good. Most places around here have plain ramen that tastes bland, but yours tastes perfect. In fact, better than the kind my friend, a very good cook, can make. My compliments." He turned back, but stopped. Looking back at her, he added, "I'll be sure to tell him about this place. He's a big gossip when it comes to good food places. I'm sure he'll spread word." A slight upturn at the corner of his mouth was practically as rare as a smile for the hunter-nin.

Like, Tesou, she wasn't overly found of the cheerful type. However, Ayumi had been polite and thus merited the same. Taizer gave a light smile and bowed her head, tatty blue locks irritating her eyes as she did so; until, of course, she brushed them back behind her ears. "Glad someone thinks so." She replied, though there was an underlying message to the tone she used; something she was directing at Tesou. She obviously hadn't thought much of his down right arrogance.
Thus, when he finally did speak, she looked rather shocked. "More?" Taizer reached across and lifted the bowl from the counter top, holding it to her chest a moment as she listened to him speak. "And there I was planning your death." She smirked, cocking her head to the side like a feline. "I had you down as arrogant. Apologies and I'll have your ramen to you in a few minutes." She bowed her head once more before moving out the back. Had he not said another word whilst ordering his second bowl, she may have been tempted to slip some poison in with the dish. As it was though, he'd rightened himself in her book and she was more than happy to feed him again.
Taizer returned a little later and slowly slid the bowl back to him. "Thank you.. Tesou isn't it? One of the Jounin's at the academy?" She stayed in the loop, having been a Jounin there herself in the past. Though of course, she'd only taught for a few weeks, if that. She wasn't overly found of children unless it was only brief encounters.
She smiled weakly to Ayumi, hopefully in an attempt to show that she was not intentionally ignoring her. "Anything else for you, Miss?"

Ayumi laughted very lightly as she could visualize the cat and dog problems. "I'm not too fond of cat's myselve either. Dogs and birds... Now theres a good companion." Ayumi said looking up as the other girl asked her if she needed anything.
"Umm... Hmm... I guess I'll have another bowl please. It really has got to be one of the best Ramen I've ever eaten." Ayumi told her happily, pushing her bowl her way before turning slightly around. "A Jounin? Wow. How long have you been training?" She asked half excitedly. Maybe if she was nice enough he would have a little traing fight with her. She had needed a good partner and he semed like the strong type.
A light shift of her body and the sword sheathed in her belt tapped agaisnt the counter and she bent over to make sure it had not caused damage ot it's selve or the counter. After a brife searh with her hands she righted herselve and turned back to the man and woman. "By the way, I'm Ayumi."

Tesou's face remained blank at her comment. "Planning my death, eh?" Not a pleasant thing to hear. He glanced up when she returned with his bowl, eyeing it with a slightly dubious glance, then galnced at her. If anything, his eye held a hint of amusement. He ate some of the ramen, and satisfied it was fine, replied, "Yes. My name is Tesou, and I am currently a Jounin; a genin teacher, to be specific." And a hunter-nin.....
He looked over at Ayumi, chopsticks halfway to his mouth. Lowering the food back, he looked to the side for a second, as if thinking. "Seventeen years at least.... If I knew what happened to me before those seventeen years, I'd be able to tell you if I trained longer or not."
He looked back at his bowl, and continued eating. One could almost feel the slight tension that surrounded him now. Something he never really enjoyed talking about was his past. One who just turns up in a village, half covered in dried blood, didn't usually recieve a warm welcome. Especially those who didn't even know where the blood came from, or where they even came from. All he had known was his name, and that he wanted to be a ninja. He wanted to train, but for what, he didn't know. Vine's family had taken him in.... so he wasn't ignored, or unwanted, in the village.

"Why? Do you not think me capable of such, Sir?" She asked, an eyebrow quirked with a little amusement of her own. "I'm of the same rank as you. Only, I retracted my offer to teach Genin's. I'm not overly fond of kids. Especially in large doses." Enough was said there and she slowly moved back down along the counter to where her diary sat, kept warm by the still present Squirrel.
Taizer seemed pleased to hear Ayumi's words; glad that her cooking was appreciated; even if it wasn't really her passion. If it hadn't been for.. a few personal reasons that she'd share with no one, she'd have become even closer to being like Tesou. As a hunter-nin. "Thank you." She replied to the other female quietly before dragging open her private book, Mouse hurrying back up to perch atop her shoulder once more.
Rather than writing, she took to absently sketching.. looking between the hunter-nin and her page. His tattoos were interesting and she took to absently doodling them. He'd perked her interest it seemed, odd that he'd managed to do such. She knew he had many secrets.. perhaps that's what enthralled her?

Ayumi nodded lightly feeling the tension suddenly radiate from him. Better leave it at that, Ayumi told herselve as she held the chop sticks fearmly with in her fingers. There was one last noodle clinging to the side of the bowl and she slowly picke dit up and ate it, savoring the flavor before pushing the bowl forward and quickly plunged ehr hand deep within her pocket. The slight jingling of change was heard as she glanced up at the price of 2 bowl. $3.75 and a couple pennies was placed on the table softly and she pushed herselve alittle ways from the counter.
"Thank you again for the Ramen. I will be sure to come back." Ayumi told the seller with a slight smile then turned toward Tensou. Should I ask him? He seems to be in an ok mood. Well what the heck, what is there to lose? Ayumi told herselve as she rose from the stood and turned her head in his direction. "Umm... Hey Tesou, If your not busy... Would you mind having a fight with me? You seem like the type that could give me a run for my money." She said happily. Indeed he did look like the type that would give her a much needed challange and she so hoped he would take her up.
With a slight tilt of her head she placed a hand on the top of her sword and waited. Please be a yes, please be a yes...

Tesou continued eating his food, a slight glint of amusement in his eyes once more. Kids bothered him just as much as they did Taizer... if not more so. Yet still, he had agreed to teach them. What the hell... he was bored. Why not?
He glanced over at Taizer, noting that she was once again scribbling in the book. But... the way she was writing.... No, not writing, she was drawing. She glanced up, eyes flicking towards him, then back to her paper. He blinked in surprise. Was she drawing him? What...?
His attention was suddenly shifted at Ayumi's words. He looked up at her, visible eyebrow raising slightly. "A fight? Hmm...." He was surprised at the request, but one look at the sword, and he realized that she must be training.... He looked up at her, then to Taizer, then to Ayumi again. "Hmm.... I guess I could do that. But, do you think you'll be able to hold your own against me? I seem to have forgotten my sword... but I don't think that'll be a problem. Just give me a moment." He searched through his things. He had some kunai, a few shuriken, his senbon needles, and some food pills.
"Hmm.... One moment." He stood, walking towards the door. Glancing around outside, he caught sight of what he was looking for. "Hey, Tsu, come here." The shaggy head lifted, and the huge wolf-hybrid raced towards the shop, stopping at the entrance. Tesou glanced back. "He'll do in place of a sword." The dog glanced at Ayumi, the same designs that Tesou had as tattoos were on his face as chakra-created markings.

She remained in her own little world, sketching away in silence. Taizer herself didn't seem to see anything wrong with her drawing him. He had to admit that he wasn't bad looking - the total opposite - and his tattoos were intriguing.. to her at least. Mouse watched her doings, leaning his small body forward to look over her shoulder and to the paper. Of course, he didn't know what she was doing, but watching the pencil slip over the paper seemed entertaining at least.
Taizer paused at hearing the other female speak, brow quirked up beneath deep blue bangs. A duel? That could be interesting.. especially if it was to be between a Jounin and, what she presumed Ayami to be, a Genin. Would she be invited to watch? What did that matter, she'd do so even if she wasn't welcome. Her dark gaze continued to watch Tesou to gouge his response. To be fair, she'd not been expecting him to accept so when she did her other eyebrow raised to be hidden as well. Interesting.
Carefully placing aside her diary - her ever faithful squirrel hurrying down her arm and to said private book - she rose to move around the counter to the front of the store. "This should be interesting.." She mumbled to herself, sweeping her hair out of her eyes and off behind her shoulders.
As Tesou's companion was called upon he interest was perked even more so. "Similar markings.." Was the first thing for her to note, looking to 'Tsu'.. was that the creatures name? The Hunter-nin had probably shortened it, but it was of little difference. "Very nice looking beast." She complimented having moved to the entrance; now stood along side Tesou. "Certainly a mixture of breeds. Wolf hybrid, perhaps?" She asked, head cocked. She was a lover of animals and anyone could see that Tsubasa was not a mere dog.
