Rae looked at Irrell while he was asking his question then decided to say hers after he was finished. "What.. Happens to those who cant touch your dog with paint?" She mumbled almost hoping he had forgotten about her. She quickly put her hand down and put them behind her back, twiddling her thumbs and tilted her head in the direction of the sensei
Usually she was hyper atleast to people she knew. Sometimes she would either be on a sugar high or just plain bored. Shy wasn't one of her usual habits though. As soon as she warmed up to her team mates and sensei, she would bother them day and night.

Tesou stared at Irrell after the question was asked, not saying anything. A few moments went by, without the hunter-nin replying. My god, perhaps there is some sensible thoughts running through this bunch's heads after all. He turned and pulled something out of his bag. A small clock. Placing it down, he pointed at it.
"Very good question, that. Yes, there is a time limit. I can't have you go chasing a dog for the rest of your life, now, can I? You have until this clock goes off, which it will at 12. Since it's already 9:30, that's about two and a half hours now. The longer we talk, the less time you have to do this task."
His attention went next to Rae. He stared at her, unblinking, for a few moments as well. His reply: "If you win, you won't have to worry about that. And if you don't... you'll see."
He checked the time again. Turning back.... "Oh, and one more thing. If you manage to get 2 points, I'll give you breakfast. Okay?" He didn't know what to expect from the bunch. Knowing Tsubasa, they'd have hell just standing around and not doing anything. They'd be in for a shocker from the dog once they entered the forest.....
And the third, Kin, remained silent. Tesou glanced at her only for a moment, then looked back at the clock. Silence was perfectly fine with him. 5...4...3...2...1.... "Go."

The only male, besides Tesou, (am i the only one who noticed that?) stared at his sensei as his question was answered. So there was a time limit. Not a very long one to tag a dog as large as a table (in his mind at least) but there was a time limit none the less.
As Rae's question as answered, Irrell took a look at the forest. If anything we'll probably be sent back to the academy. A shuddered ran down his spine. He had spent all the time he wanted there and being a Genin was about the most exciting thing that happened in his life. There was no way in hell he was going to miss tagging Tsubasa.
And finally the signal was given. Irrell leaped to his feet, not waiting to see what the others would do. He had grown impataint just sitting around while Tsubasa went God knows where and did God know's what. He took off into the forest, all sences alert for the dog that he knew was in here. He took out the tube of paint just incase he did happen to tag the dog within the first five minutes. Of course, Irrell highly doubted that,

Kin watched Irrell as he asked his question and realized she hadn't thought about it. She was grateful he had asked. She then heard Raesion ask her question. "What.. Happens to those who cant touch your dog with paint?" The very thought of what could happen make her feel nervous. She had hoped it wasn't too harsh. Tesous reply didn't make her feel anybetter. 2 and a half hours was not enough time to go through with her one plan. She had to rely on the backup one now. When Tesou answered the second question she felt a lump growing in her throat. She didn't care about the breakfast, all she wanted was to win.
In the corner of her eye she noticed Irrell was gone. "Have I already fallen behind?" She thought to herself. She shook it off and decided she had to hurry now. Quickly, she stood up and took off the cap of the paint tube. She then started using her Mizukurikata no jutsu. the surrouned area near Kins hand started drying out and then a large ball of water formed above her hands. It was a basic skill for peoplel in the Hinoki clan but she thought it could really help her now. A single swipe with the paint tube was all it needed to make the newly formed ball of water turn bright yellow. Kin was taught this skill at a young age so had alot of time to master it. She could move swiftly while never letting the ball fall or lose its form.
Soon she lost sight of everyone. She stopped and listen carefully for even the faintest of sounds but heard nothing. Suddenly a shadow swiftly ran across the path in front of her and withought missing a beat she leaped after it and threw the waterball. It grazed her fingertips leaving them yellow as it flew towards the unsuspecting target. It was a direct hit. Strangly she thought it would have been faster and paying more attention. She ran up close realizing what she hit had stopped. The first thing in her mind was she hurt the dog. Kin went to where the newly yellow bush was and looked inside. She thought she would see a hurt bright yellow dog but instead she saw a bright yellow deer. The deer looked up at her with an angry look on its face. Kin knew she couldn't win by hitting every deer in the forest. Quickly she used Mizukurikata no jutsu again. If she wanted to win she had to make sure she wasn't as careless this time. She then continued to search for the dog but, with more patience.

"Huh? What? Oh-" She said looking to see no one but Tesou and soon took off. "Who knows what that dog is doing.. It can't be so hard to spot its big and black." She murmered jumping from tree to tree almost for a second resembling a mentally challenged monkey "OW!" Was heard from the tree as a couple birds flew off. Rae made a hiss sound to one of the birds for pecking her hand. He flew off obviously not caring one bit. "Stupid bird with his stupid sharp beak, and.." She mumbled a few unkind words after that and rubbed her hand.
In her blue gaze was nothing but several trees. Rae kept quiet and continued searching for Tsubasa. Yes, she was very uncordinated. She didn't think so and refused to believe it. But.. It was true and most people knew it. She saw something moving and threw the nearest thing she had at it. Thankgod it was a bird, for the thing she threw.. Tree bark. It squawked quite unhappy.

A large black form slipped between trees, padding along and creating no sound as it moved. Tsubasa entered a clear area... and trotted down to the lake, towards Tesou. Tesou patted the dog's head. "Good boy. Now... Irrell went that way," he pointed, "Kin there," another point. "And Rae went that way." A third point. The wolf-dog stood for a moment, as if pondering, eyes taking in each path. Without a sound, the dog took off. Watch out, watch out, wherever you are.... Irrell.
Fifteen minutes later, the dog came upon the boy, who was running through the woods, obviously searching. A powerful kick sent the dog sailing straight through the air, at Irrell. With a snarl, he flashed his fangs... and sailed right over. Landing, he whirled, growling deep at the boy. He dashed forward again, but ducked down at the last second, jumping up and hitting Irrell's hand... leaving a smear of red on his shoulder. Minus one point.
The dog smirked, and dashed off into the woods, disappearing once more into the underbrush. He dashed along, taking all the turns he knew by heart, finally reaching his destination. A huge tree was partially toppled, and he used its massive trunk as a ramp- straight to the high branches of the canopy. The dog raced along further, making leaps and bounds from branch to branch, heading in the direction of Kin.

"What the..?!" Irrell yelled as the snarl reached his ears. he snapped around only to have to look at the way he was going to see Tsubasa. "You lousy mutt!" he nearly yelled. A growl worked it's way up his throat as the dog hit his hand. "Cheat."
His growl got louder as the dog took off again deeper into the forest. He leaped up into the nearest tree, using the branches to get a birds eye veiw as he followed Tsubasa as much as he could with the dog moving every which way possible. Irrell stopped for a moment to think. If there was a possible way to lure Tsubasa to him then maybe he'd have a chance at tagging the dog. A sly smile appeared on his features.

Kin was hurrying along when suddenly she heard a growl in the distance. She began to wonder if something happened or if the dog was coming. She looked at the water ball above her hands. It was much smaller this time because she realized how much area was covered by the last one. She could lose a lot of points by keeping it so big. Kin then saw a figure in the shadows once more. Its form was different this time however. "This has to be the dog." She thought. Her eyes glanced over the nearby area, but nothing was seen. She knew it was near though and refused to let her guard down.

Tsubasa tore through the trees, nimble paws carrying him from branch to branch. He leapt overhead of where Kin was, racing a little ways further, then stopped. Trotting quietly, and stealithy, he headed back, in an arc. He moved with silence, almost like a cat, as he padded over treelimbs towards the girl's last location. He finally reached a nearby treelimb, and crouched down, staring down at Kin. He paused.
Silence.
Moments ticked by. The dog remained stone still, not moving an inch.
A sudden rush of wind and leaves blew out as the dog shot from the branch, landing behind Kin, and bumping into her, attempting to hit behind and topple her. He took off just as suddenly, racing once more through the woods, finally ducking into a small hole formed by a fallen tree trunk, and paused, becoming stone still once more. Completely out of sight, the dog waited.
Tesou remained by the lake. He glanced around for a moment, not hearing anything from the woods. With a sigh, he gathered up all his things, and headed off. Since there was still over 2 hours left, he was going to head home. He had... other things... to do. He'd be back.
