After much disscussion among the staff, we have come this conclusion. When the board first started off, we openly welcomed any rank beside ANBU and Kage. Mist and Leaf now have more jounins then they can support and barely enough students for each one.
So we came to this new rule, No more Jounins will be created. For this week, we plan to update the board with the Sand and Sound Villages. We will need Jounins but we will chose who is allowed to create the TWO for each village. This is a permanent rule to help members get better aquanited. To become a jounin from now on, you must move up in rank. If the village gets more students and we need more jounin, then we will allow one more.
This is because many of the members do not know(if anything) about Naruto. Being a Jounin mean that you must have an extensive ammount of knowledge to know what to teach your students that are assinged to you. If you don't know anything, then a team can fall apart. We aren't singleing out anyone but talking in general. So jounins created after this post will not be accepted and asked to lower their ranks. This goes with ANBU as well.
