In my efforts to find a decent site that has a good number of jutsus listed on it for all the different villages/types of ninjutsus, I was lucky enough to stumble across a site that has dozens upon dozens of them.
They've been separated into ranks, as to what level a shinobi would have to be in order to use them, and they have the full names (plus additional names), for all the groups [Sound, Lightning, Leave, Mist, etc].
There's also a portion on how to combine them, such as Naruto did to make his harem of sexy selves.
I myself have already put this site to good use, and find it incredibly helpful. So, it was a question of mine, as to whether or not I could create a jutsu board in each of the main villages we have up, and then put the combination explanation in the main portion of the forum.
If either of the admins approves of this, I'll get started on it straight away. (Credit will be given, I can assure you, to the creators of these lists.)
