The Kosetsu clan is one the few clans of Konoha that carry some type of Bloodline Technique or Limit. Their blooline technique of course focuses around some aspect of their feline familiars.
The Kyattsuai
The well know trait of the Kosetsu clan is the Kyattsuai. It translates into "Cat's Eye" which litterally explains what it looks like. Very few members of this clan can use the bloodline and most have discovered it by mistake or in times of great distress.
Kyattsuai is a type of eye jutsu like the Uchiha and Hyuuga clans in Naruto. The user of the bloodline technique can easily be pointed out by just watching their eyes. When is distress or angry, their eyes will turn slit like just like a cats. Its an easy way for the members to point out exactly who can use the Kyattsuai. Once you have learned it, your eyes will always change like that.
Kyattsuai takes up a lot of chakra and is advised not to be used very often or over a long period of time less the user wears themself out. When using this technique, the user's eye becomes an exact replica of a cat's (usually gold or orange in color) This technique allows the shinobi to see in the dark and from far away. It is also to be rumored to be able to break down and calculate the jutsus of another (it does not copy like the Sharingan)
In turn of being able to see in the dark, it gives the user cat like limbs for a short period of time and sharpens the reflexes. For example, a person's legs might bend and become more anthro like. Their ears will growth more sharp and long and sometimes their face will shape into a muzzle.

In the past members of the clan, only 14 were able to use the Kyattsuai fully. Not all were able to master it and not many even got to the point of awakening it. The only current users's of the Bloodline technique are Ryuna, Akina and their father.
