Mesou Bloodline Technique
A custom of the Mesou Clan is to find the most powerful children born to their clan members, and to periodically 'infuse' them with chakra in the form of tattoos, to make them stronger. The more tattoos one gets, the more powerful one becomes. But, the more likely one is to get driven mad by it all, and possibly die.
The tattoos also come with an ability to use a technique where they draw all the power from the tattoos, and send it in one blast towards their opponent, in whatever form they specifically have designed for it.
Such as, Haku Mesou's attack would appear as a striking snake. Tesou's probably would be a striking wolf.
The technique comes at a serious cost to the body; it causes a feeling like you're being ripped apart, since chakra is flowing out of you at such a high rate. It results in unconsciousness for those not used to it, as well as having the entire body racked with pain for a while afterwords. One used to it could likely continue going afterwards, but they'd be straining their body to an absolute high, and could possibly be killed by it, as well.
So far, none of the clan members have gotten to an extremely high level, and only a direct blast from the most powerful could actually straight out kill. There is only one member with the ability to kill with a direct blast.
