Ha-Metsuki no Jutsu (Leaf Eyes Technique): Raidon's defensive jutsu. By taking chakra from his eye nerves he can dispell it into the leaves of some trees, and thus it gives him all-around vision to see what is happening behind him, above him, anywhere. It uses a fair amount of chakra, so while it gives the advantage of knowing, it will drain him down if he doesn't know when to quit it. The chakra that was originally flowing to the leaves, when cut off, immediatly goes back to him, so it does not go to waste.
Doku Ejji no Jutsu (Poison Edge Technique): When the poison in the bostaff's blade is not low, Raidon can use this technique. By sending his chakra down the hollow tube, he can gather some poison and then enlace it with his chakra. Thus, any punches and kicks with chakra, any weapon he touches (i.e. kunai, shuriken) are then enlaced with his chakra and the poison, which grows stronger with the chakra. However, there is a major drawback: the poison cannot be circluating with his chakra for long because as it moves in his body, the poison will affect Raidon too if he gives it too much time to do so.
Mizu Itsuryuu no Jutsu (Water Spill Technique): He gathers water from anything around him that he wants to (i.e. leaves, other people) and then makes it larger with his chakra and sends a huge wave of water towards his opponents. With the chakra in there, it will either cut their skin if they stand, make them fall over, or both.
