Personality: Almost the complete opposite of Tesou. Vine is almost always in a happy-cheerful mood. He loves having fun, and is always trying to get Tesou to join in. It was thanks to Vine that Tesou has the 'NO ALCOHOL' thing in his bio. Vine 'accidentally' discovered what happens to Tesou one day, but that's a different story....
History/Past: He grew up in the village, and became a student the same time Tesou did. They were friends all through their years at the academy, were even on the same genin team, and became chunin, and later junin together.
He's also the only one aside from Tesou himself and the kage that Tesou is a hunter-nin. Poor Tesou can't keep anything from Vine. (Vine: ^_____^ )
