Vitals: Not sure yet, but Yumi means 'beautiful bow' so she can specialise with the bow and arrow. Lightning jutus.
Likes: Teaching, children (young adults ^_^), travelling/exploring/learning, storms.
Dislikes: Being mocked or disrespected, bullying, those with no compassion.

Personality: Yumi is an upbeat person, and is never serious unless it's absolutely needed. As an experienced Jounin for her age and a talented ninja, she still hasn't managed to put a dampener on her hot temper. If others or herself are disrespected, she will let that person know she isn't happy with that. This trait is quickly changed however when the problem is cleared up and it's as if nothig were ever wrong. Yumi falls into fighting in the same way, cold and lethal in a fight and warm and gentle in day to day life. Tends to let her emotions get the better of her; but knows this and finds it helps her become more passionate in a fight and in life.
She loves children. She loves being a teacher, and doesn't aim to ascend this role. Yumi has found her calling in life and has a motherly feel. She fails to see sometimes that the young adults she teaches do not like to be coddled much, but they still find her loveable.
Yumi still however finds her profession as a ninja interferes with her morals; she finds it hard to accept the blood on her hands is for the greater good sometimes. Teaching this skill to children sometimes causes her mind conflict and depression. But it's all for protecting the ones we love, right?
Appearance: Long blonde bangs reach mid-chest while the rest of her straight multi-toned blonde hair falls about her shoulders. Grey/blue eyes are large and can turn from warm and sparkling, to cold and peircing. Slim but lithe and fit.
Wears headband as a belt, keeping the village crest on her left hip. Long white skirt with folded and fanned design to allow maximum leg movement, silver Jounin top with tiny white angel wings embroidered on the back. (cloud village...sky...angel... -shrugs-) The Lightning Crest is in the centre of the wings.
These same symbols are tatooed onto her actual shoulders blades. This is her trademark in her village.
Jutsus:
Grand Lightening Fist [Soudai Raisentou]
The user focuses chakra to form electricity in their fists. This adds a powerful shock to their punches. Limit: Chuunin| Note: There are Variations of this technique such as Grand Fire Fist [Soudai Kasaisentou] and ect.
Grand Lightning Kick [Soudai Raihandou]
The user focuses chakra to form electricity in their feet. This adds a powerfull shock to their kicks. Limit: huunin | Note: There are Variations of this technique such as Grand Fire kick [Soudai Kasaihandou] and ect.
Lightening Prison Skill [Rairou no Jutsu]
The user traps the victim in a cubic square of lightening. While inside, the user is shocked by the continuous amounts of flowing electricity. If the victim is held in too long, they may die. | Limits- Chuunin
Lightening Bolt Skill [Raikurai no Jutsu]
User shoots a lightening bolt out of the palms at the victim. If it hits, they victim will be electrifiec heavily, and if used by a powerful ninja, this attack can shock the victim to death. | Limits- Jounin

History/Past: Yumi was a care free girl growing up with a loving family who loved and protected her. Like most children in her village she developed an interest in the ninja arts and so joined at a young age. Her parents didn't necisarilly like this; wanted her to be a wife, raise children etc.
But they loved and respected their daughter, and so let her follow her dream. Yumi's naive behaviour met a shocking end one day however, when she realised she would have to kill someday. As a child it was all about learning and developing skills; as a Genin it was about being a warrior. Many thought she would drop out because she obviously found this fact disturbing,but she kept at it, and changed somewhat; developing a shield of humour in order to deflect serious matters.
Her Sensei whom was determined to teach the old ways grew detached from Yumi as she appeared to take nothing seriously. He pushed her harder and harder in effort to wake her up; forge her into an intense warrior like her team mates. She grew stronger but his methods only seemed to make her hate what she was doing more and more. It was when she passed her Chuunin exam on her own terms, with her own judgement and her own compassion and conscience that she fet more alive than her cold-eyed team mates.
Her Sensei however, failed to see this, and refused to pass her. She was not comitted in his eyes. Outraged, she sought help from the village counsel where she was passed officially through a controversial trial behind the meaning of being a ninja.
Feeling hurt from the important mentor in her life and a need to prove herself now, Yumi continued on until she was a highly skilled Jounin. She felt no satisfaction in achieving the goal her Sensei had set out for her so instead, she decided to teach. She would do things differently, despite certain Shinobi's whom disagreed with her 'soft' methods.
Yumi aims to learn from everything and everyone which inspires her travelling and need to find meaning and value in the world.
